So many of you have asked me how to adjust to a big change in your life, whether that’s weight gain, a loss of a relationship or a friend so when someone sent me this question for my Ask Michelle video, I had to get into it.
I also get into some of the training that I’ve never shared with you. I’m trained in personality assessment (something similar to Myer Briggs or a more educated version of those buzzfeed quizzes haha!) so I thought I would show you one which might help you understand why you find change so hard or so easy.
