When I learnt to love myself, apologising became easier. I never apologised before because my pride and ego would always get in the way. I was so adamant that I didn’t have any faults and I wasn’t in the wrong because I felt the need to protect myself. With self love, I realised that you don’t protect yourself through your ego. I realised that admitting you made a bad choice doesn’t make you a bad person.
